NOTE: Spring 2010 Registration is closed. We are currently only accepting applications for Fall 2010.
AYSO Region 174 provides for Open Registration. Every player registering to play before their division is full will be placed on a team, regardless of experience or playing ability.

How Do I Register?
We are currently registering players ages 4 through 18 as of July 31, 2009 for our Spring 2009 season (must register by mail) and ages 4 through 18 as of July 31, 2010 for our Fall 2010 season. You may register by any of the following methods:Online (Fall 2010 Only)
The easiest and fastest way to register is to register online at www.eayso.org. To make registration even faster for subsequent seasons, you can create an account using your email address. However, this is not required. Be sure to enter 174 in the box asking for the region where you wish to play. Follow the instructions provided by eAYSO.Once you have completed the online registration forms:
- Print three (3) copies of the form. Do this for each player you are registering.
- Sign all forms.
- Send the forms along with your payment to our mailbox.

You may download a copy of the Player Registration Form in PDF format and fill it out by hand. Once you have completed the form:- Make three (3) copies of the form. Do this for each player you are registering and for each season.
- Please indicate the season by checking the appropriate box at the top of the form.
- Sign all forms.
- Send the forms along with your payment to our mailbox.
By Email
You may request registration forms directly using email.
Please be sure to include:- Complete mailing address.
- Number of players you wish to register.
- Whether any of the players played during the previous season in our region.
The forms will be sent to you via mail. Please complete the forms (one per player), sign them and return the forms along with your payment to our mailbox.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Unless you are registering in person, you must send the completed signed registration forms along with your payment to our mailbox. Even if you are registering online, your registration will not be complete until you make your payment via check or money order. We need three (3) copies of the registration form per player per season being added.Late Registration:
Regular registration will close for the Fall season when the allocated number of players is achieved. Late registration will be accepted. However, late registrants will be placed on a waiting list in the appropriate age division. Our goal is to provide a positive and rewarding soccer experience to each and every participant. As additional players are identified, they will be added to the program from the waiting list in a manner consistent with preserving balance in the affected division(s). If you are mailing in a four-part form, you keep the bottom copy for your records. Send us the rest!If you registered online at eAYSO, then send us three copies of the registration form.
Requesting a Drop or Refund:
If you wish to drop and receive a refund for registration, you must print and complete the Drop or Refund Request Form and send it to our mailing address above.Ages and Divisions:
Your child’s age on July 31, 2010 determines the division he/she will play in except for the U-5 division. A child may play in the U-5 division if they are four years of age on or before opening day. The following are the cutoffs for each division.Division Age
Under 5 (U-5) – 4 years old
Under 6 (U-6) – 5 years old
Under 7 (U-7) – 6 years old
Under 8 (U-8) – 7 years old
Under 10 (U-10) – 8 or 9 years old
Under 12 (U-12) – 10 or 11 years old
Under 14 (U-14) – 12 or 13 years old
Under 16 (U-16) – 14 or 15 years old
Under 19 (U-19) – 16, 17 or 18 years oldBirth Certificates:
ANY player that did not participate in Region 174 during the 2009 Fall season MUST bring or mail a copy of their birth certificate to complete registration.Player Evaluations: (Only applies to Fall seasons)
AYSO Region 174 strongly believes in balanced teams. To this end, any player in a competitive division (U-10 through U-19) that did not participate in the program during the 2009 Fall Season, must be evaluated prior to being placed on a team. New player evaluations will be held during June 2010. You will be contacted by your division coordinator to schedule the appropriate date and time for the evaluation. ***Please Note*** This process is not a “try-out.” Each player attending the evaluation will be placed on a team. This is simply a tool to allow the Region to better balance the teams.Registration Fees – Fall 2010 (After December 31, 2009):
- $130.00 one player
- $250.00 two players
- $360.00 three players
- $45.00 each additional player
Registration Fees – Spring:
- $85.00 per player
Payment may be made via check or money order made payable to AYSO 174. No credit cards are accepted.
Refund Policy:
Refund requests should be directed to the Regional Registrar via email or in writing to our mailbox. Please download and complete the Refund Request form and return via email or U.S. mail. A full refund will be processed for those requests made prior to the start of regular season play. Once season play has started, refunds will be made on a pro-rated basis, minus an administrative fee of $10.50. No refunds will be made once the season has progressed beyond the mid-point (nominally 6 weeks after play starts).Contact the Registrar:
