Junior referee training is available during the fall soccer season and at other times during the year. Junior referees receive 2 hours of classroom training plus on-field supervision to enable them to referee youth games for players that are under 8 years of age. The minimum age for junior referees is 10.
All Referees are urged to wear the uniform properly. Please wear the jersey tucked into the shorts, wear referee shorts [not player shorts] around the waist and not pulled down, wear black socks with while stripes, and predominantly black shoes. Also, when you are at the fields but are not refereeing, please replace your referee jersey with another shirt.
